Benue Celebrates as Own Shines Bright: A New Chief Superintendent of Fire Emerges

The pride of Benue State has soared once again! Dooshima Dennis, a distinguished daughter of the state, has been promoted to the esteemed rank of Chief Superintendent of Fire.

The honour was marked by a rare and memorable decoration ceremony, graced by the first female Deputy Controller-General, DCG Ijeoma Achi Okidi, alongside her mother—a moment that symbolised both professional excellence and personal joy.

In her own words, the achievement fills her shoulders with responsibility and her heart with pride. “Share in the beauty of my smile as I celebrate this promotion… My shoulders are now full, but my heart is even fuller,” she remarked.

As she continues to rise, the entire state of Benue stands with her, celebrating her success and rooting for her as she carries the pride of Benue into new heights. Truly, this is a moment that inspires all, a shining testament to dedication, courage, and the indomitable spirit of Benue daughters.
