Benue Links Nigeria Limited has rewarded one of its loyal passengers, Mr Frederick Ononuju, with a complimentary travel ticket in recognition of his consistent patronage of the company
.The reward was presented on Wednesday, 7 January 2026, as Mr Ononuju prepared to travel from Makurdi to Kaduna. It was reported that he has remained a committed customer of Benue Links Nigeria Limited since 2021 and demonstrated his loyalty by presenting a total of 85 travel tickets accumulated over the years.
In keeping with the company’s tradition of acknowledging customer loyalty, the General Manager, Comrade Alexander Aondohemba Fanafa KSM MNIM, personally presented the complimentary ticket. He was said to have commended Mr Ononuju for his sustained trust in the brand and assured that Management remains steadfast in recognising and rewarding loyal customers through various initiatives, including the ongoing transport fare reduction bonanza.
Comrade Fanafa further reaffirmed that Benue Links Nigeria Limited would continue to prioritise the provision of safe, comfortable, reliable and affordable transport services to the people of Benue State and beyond. He noted that this commitment aligns with the people-oriented transport policies of His Excellency, Governor Hyacinth Iormem Alia.
