Chief Professor Sebastine Tar Hon, SAN, FCIArb, widely known as S.T. Hon or Tar Hon, is a celebrated Nigerian legal scholar, constitutional lawyer, author, and public figure whose influence spans academia, jurisprudence, and governance. Born on December 9, 1967, at the police barracks in Kano, Nigeria, he grew up in Mbayion, Gboko Local Government Area of Benue State, in a family grounded in service and community values.
